We look at what you are paying now, what the rest of the market would offer you, and whether it is worth moving once break costs, legal fees and any cashback are counted. Sometimes the answer is to stay put and refix better, and we will tell you that. When it is worth moving, we handle the application and the switch. Our advice costs you nothing, because the lender pays us and you do not.
