Brett Dent - Consultant
Brett brings a wealth of experience to our team, spanning residential mortgage advice and structured finance for large-scale developments across Australia and New Zealand. He has deep expertise in business planning and finance for small to medium enterprises, having specialised in land and turnkey funding solutions for the G.J. Gardner franchise network over the past 7–8 years. Alongside this, Brett ran a mortgage advisory business aligned to the build sector, supporting clients through every step of their property journeys.
More recently, Brett has focused on business finance consultancy tailored to the G.J. Gardner network—offering bespoke, long-term property investment planning (outside CCCFA) and funding solutions for franchisees. His goal: to help clients build toward a future of freedom, family, and well-earned holidays in the sun… or snow!
When not working at the job he loves, Brett can be found on the golf course (trying to match Alex’s handicap!), mountain bike riding and most importantly, time with his family and friends!
